In January 2008 Ms. Dee Fisk and Dr. Michael J. Kruger visited the KBC Learning Center in Kingston, Jamaica to review the basic education programs offered by KBC Learning to students at St. Richard's Primary School. Ms. Fisk and Dr. Kruger met with Mr. Karl Bennett and his wife, Angela, who administer KBC Learning's programs in partnership with St. Richard's School.

Ms.Fisk and Dr. Kruger met with students, faculty and administrators of St. Richard's to obtain a first-hand view of the KBC Learning program and its results. In addition, Ms. Fisk and Dr. Kruger visited several other schools in the surrounding Parishes and met with school administrators to discuss the educational needs of their students. They also met with officials of USAID to explore opportunities for program sponsorship. GAMT currently provides support to KBC Learning's educational initiatives in Jamaica.
